My files are a mess. Is that a problem?
No. Send them as they are. Sorting out what's current, duplicated or contradictory is part of the build.
We have no SOPs. Can you still build it?
Yes. Record a key job once using Tango or Scribe, or talk it through in a voice note. Gaps stay visible until they're filled.
How much of my time does it take?
